二 |     8月24日消息，据报道，山东的丹先生花费36万元购置了一台二手奔驰轿车，本以为能顺利完成交易，却在办理过户时遇到了麻烦，该车辆背负多条未处理的交通违法记录，既无法完成过户，也不能合法上路。     据悉，今年7月，丹先生刷短视频看到了一条二手车推广广告，一台奔驰S400L售价仅36万，对比七十万以上的新车价格，折扣力度十分诱人。     商家宣传车辆车况优秀，手续齐全，可以随时办理过户。

三 | 丹先生便前往上海实地看了车，商家也再次跟丹先生保证车辆没有重大事故、不存在各类纠纷。    由于不熟悉二手车交易流程，丹先生简单查看车辆外观内饰之后，就签了合同，也一次性付清全部购车款。     后期，当丹先生把车辆开回山东准备办理过户上牌时，车管所工作人员告知，该车有十余条未处理的交通违法记录，存在罚款未结清，车辆状态异常，按照规定不能办理转让登记。

四 |     后续核实显示，车辆实际累计记分三十多分，罚款一千余元。     事发之后，丹先生多次和车商沟通，对方才承认有违章问题，口头承诺会在十月一日前处理完毕。但丹先生十分担忧对方不会兑现承诺，已经保存好合同、付款凭证和聊天记录，准备必要时向监管部门求助。    涉事车商则表示，中介无法查询他人名下车辆违法信息，只能协调原车主处理，若对方拒不配合，就按合同退车退款。
